Enrollment and Cancellation Policy
1.1 The user attests that all the information supplied in the enrollment form is accurate and correct.
1.2 The user can access and use only one user account, and will not share with any third party access to or access information for your account.
1.3 User’s right to use the services cannot be shared or used by more than one individual. A user account may not be re-assigned from one individual to another.
2.1 The subscription term is one year commencing upon activation. You can activate the subscription after we confirm payment receipt and any other account training or orientation is complete. (Group accounts may have an administrator that will require training) If it is not activated within 15 days, the system will then activate the subscription for you automatically.
2.2 To avoid interruption of the subscription services after the expiration, please notify us of your intention to renew the subscription services at least 3 months in advance. We will issue an invoice and assist you to activate the subscription immediately upon confirmation of payment receipt.
3.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, with no need to specify a reason.
3.2 We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements as we think fit. We may suspend or stop any portion of the service if this would result in us violating the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
4.1 We may engage subcontractors for the processing of personal data to the extent necessary for fulfilling our contractual obligations under this contract.
4.2 You ensure that no legal requirements prevent us from fulfilling the contractual obligations under this contract in compliance with applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that all concerned individuals have previously given consent to a possible processing of personal data.
4.3 You will not disseminate or publish any personal or private data you may access from using this service.
5.1 SEAC, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND AGENTS, INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, CAUSE OF ACTION, LIABILITY OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND FOR ANY CAUSE RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR TORT, IN EXCESS OF THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU FOR OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE DATE THE CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE.
5.2 (A) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM, SHALL SEAC, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND AGENTS, INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, SALES OR BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE OR CORRUPTION OF SOFTWARE, DATA OR INFORMATION, WORK STOPPAGE OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, COVER, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY PARTY OTHER THAN SEAC, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR INFORMATION.
5.3 OUR SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
You will indemnify and defend SEAC and its partners from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party related to: (a) your use or attempted use of the services in violation of the applicable terms; (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party; or (c) user generated content, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual
Once payment for the service is received, there will be no refunds granted. Access to the service will be allowed for the full term of the subscription, unless there is willful disregard or abrogation of the rules and regulations of the service.
8.1 The enrollment must be done via YNU platform only.
8.2 You may repeat a program only after receiving the confirmation from SEAC.
8.3 After enrollment, you will receive a notification from SEAC confirming the program participation.
8.4 SEAC reserves the rights to change the programs’ names and trainers as we see fit.
9.1 For the effectiveness of our learning community, the cancellation must be done 48 hours prior to the program’s schedule.
9.2 In case of three consecutive no shows for any reason, we reserve right to suspend your access for 30 days.
