Bangkok, May 10, 2024 — SEAC, in collaboration with BTS, a consultancy specializing in the people side of strategy, recently hosted the transformative "Unlocking the Code E = AMC" event. This pivotal gathering brought together over 40 HR leaders from leading organizations, furthering SEAC's mission to enhance strategic alignment and capability development across businesses.
The event featured an esteemed panel including Klaus Holz, CHRO at Indorama Ventures; Prapasiri Kosittanakorn, Chief of Staff at TMBThanachart (ttb); Roselin Lee, VP of HR at Shiseido Asia Pacific; and Shailaja Sharma, Group Head of Learning, Development & DEIB at IHH Healthcare. These leaders shared their expert insights on the integral role of HR in driving strategic imperatives and implementing practical strategies within their organizations.
We were honored to have Dan Parisi, an expert from BTS USA, who discussed innovative approaches to developing alignment, mindset, and capability through simulation and experiential learning.
