Sales Executive

Responsibility:

  • Selling management and performance by analyze in-depth client potential information and turn to business.
  • Create customer and company profile of each targeted company to thoroughly understand the customer’s decision makers, key influencers, and practices
  • Propose the products and services in order to expand the numbers of new customers and create opportunities and closed sales.
  • Increase exposure to the target group of clients through meeting, networking or any other possible methods

Requirement:

  • Experience selling B2B, premium business solutions to senior level clients. Ideally experience selling assessment, training, development, and/or OD/HR consulting solutions at the top of the market will be benefit.
  • Experience of both sales and servicing is required, as this is not a one-time sales model. We are looking for someone who can acquire, retain, and grow clients over time
  • Experience of working with senior client figures, both local and expatriate. This role will require the person to sell at the Senior Manager/Director/C-level.
  • Broad experience of client segments is desirable – experience selling to retail, corporate, large/small family businesses, and the government sector. The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that he/she is comfortable adapting to different business cultures (national and organizational) and models

Successful Candidate:

  •  Bachelor or Master’s Degree in business, marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Sales.
  • Good command of the English language.
