Selling management and performance by analyze in-depth client potential information and turn to business.
Create customer and company profile of each targeted company to thoroughly understand the customer’s decision makers, key influencers, and practices
Propose the products and services in order to expand the numbers of new customers and create opportunities and closed sales.
Increase exposure to the target group of clients through meeting, networking or any other possible methods
Experience selling B2B, premium business solutions to senior level clients. Ideally experience selling assessment, training, development, and/or OD/HR consulting solutions at the top of the market will be benefit.
Experience of both sales and servicing is required, as this is not a one-time sales model. We are looking for someone who can acquire, retain, and grow clients over time
Experience of working with senior client figures, both local and expatriate. This role will require the person to sell at the Senior Manager/Director/C-level.
Broad experience of client segments is desirable – experience selling to retail, corporate, large/small family businesses, and the government sector. The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that he/she is comfortable adapting to different business cultures (national and organizational) and models
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in business, marketing or related field

• Is responsible for leading in design for SEAC solution’s framework and implementation steps to ensure the alignment of learning and development solutions to meet business needs/ requirements.
• Work closely with Sales team to understand client/ prospect’s context, needs, challenges and business related issues in order to come up with integrated learning and development solutions framework that
• Study the SEAC products, tools, services to understand key frameworks, concept, approach, and methodology
• Take part in sales process to get requirements from clients/ new prospects by conducting a Discover and Define process alongside with Sales team
Bachelor or Master degree in any field.
At least 5 years of experiences in learning and development area, learning design/ instructional design, and/ or with some experiences in L&D consultant roles would be a plus
Excellent command in English conversation especially in Writing skill
Highly commitment and accountable person who can manage and work on their own time with speed and quality and enjoy working and sharing with the team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
Demonstrated eagerness to learn new things and keeping up with new/ current trends
