2. Understand your learner and their needs
Each learner has their unique learning styles and their own set of needs. Learning in our world today is usually approached in a one-size-fits-all kind of way but really, it should be more centered on the learners – their preferences and needs.
3. Define and redefine learning objectives
Like anything else, defining an objective is a great way to create a direction towards a goal. Learning objectives allows learners to have a goal in mind to achieve, and if created in a fun way – such as gamification – it creates even better engagement.
4. Design and experiment
